Isaac Barter

Isaac Barter is a bassist who plays in a wide variety of groups, and is well established in the jazz scene. He works with musicians such as Peter Hooper, David Gardner, Gorgi Quill, New Orleans Nite Owls, Bazzajazz, Weary Williamson, Will Guthrie, Ian Hallings Radio Rhythm Orchestra, Chameleon, Ben Calderazzo, Peter Hannah and more. Other playing highlights include playing at the World Youth Day mass at the Telstra Dome, Performing at festivals such as Queenscliff and Halls Gap, performing in over 30 music theatre productions, playing on TV shows such as Mornings with Kerri Anne, and performing with Channel nine's Sullivan Big Band. Isaac also teaches at Christian College and Geelong College, as well as working as a recording engineer.
